Magical Salvaging is the skill and ability to break down magical items into magical fragments. These magical items can be found in a variety of places including PVP, PVE, RVR, Questing, Mobs and many other places. The player is also able to choose what type of fragment they want to extract from the item. Magical Salvaging also produces essences which are used to make Talismans.

where do one get the magical salvaging skill?? i cant find vendor teaching it.
